Combining decades of expertise in health policy, research and analytics, and strategy, the Center conducts qualitative and quantitative research that improves health outcomes, enhances program effectiveness, and drives systems innovation. Our focus areas include Medicare and Medicaid policy, prescription drug policy, health care workforce development, care delivery, health access, and quality improvement.

Medicare and Medicaid Policy

We help clients anticipate and respond to changes in Medicare and Medicaid through in-depth policy analysis, modeling, and strategic guidance. Prescription Drug Policy

We conduct mixed-methods research investigating Part D policy, drug pricing and affordability, drug supply chain, and drug promotion and oversight. Our work combines data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and qualitative methods—such as key informant interviews, focus groups, and surveys—to generate actionable insights.

Health Care Workforce Development

We support policy development and program design aimed at building a sustainable, diverse, and skilled health care workforce.
