My favorite thing is the challenge and how it has resulted in my personal growth. This company has grown threefold since I joined in 2020. I have pushed myself beyond my comfort zone and look forward to continuing that trend. Moving from a purely administrative position to a more dynamic role on the team has been amazing.
I’m motivated by the team and knowing everyone is pulling their weight and working towards a common goal. Most importantly, it feels like a family outside my own family.
There is no doubt in my mind that it was the May 2023 office move. It was a total team effort, and everyone came together to make the move as smooth as possible. I was so proud to be part of the team that week.
I enjoy spending time with my family. I love going with my husband to watch our daughter play lacrosse, run track, and play basketball. I also spend my free time weight training each week to decompress, and I am always planning the next family vacation.
Beijing, China, is my number one. We went in November when it was cold and not crowded. We visited the Forbidden Palace, the Great Wall, and the Summer Palace. The food was so much better than I ever expected. The open market and bartering for clothes and souvenirs was also great. Taking the subway and a tuk-tuk through downtown Beijing was also an experience. Finally, just exploring the side streets and alleyways where tourists don’t usually go. China was the trip of a lifetime.
Spain! I am so looking forward to visiting Spain and the Basque Region. I want to experience the culture and tapas while hopping throughout the country. 2025, Here we come!
