Healthsperien is pleased to welcome Karen Rubel, Chief Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships Officer, and Laura Wooster, MPH, Senior Vice President, to our growing team of health care policy and strategy experts.

Karen brings decades of executive leadership and experience in philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and mission-driven health care organizations. She will lead efforts to expand philanthropic engagement and strengthen partnerships across Healthsperien’s portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on nonprofit organizations and initiatives.

Laura brings extensive experience in health policy, advocacy, and government affairs, having held senior leadership positions at the American College of Emergency Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Her expertise in payment reform, regulatory policy, and health care advocacy will further strengthen Healthsperien’s ability to navigate complex health system challenges.

Together, Karen and Laura bring exceptional leadership, expertise, and relationships that will help advance Healthsperien’s mission of improving health care through innovative policy solutions, strategic collaboration, and meaningful partnerships.
