On Monday, 3/30/2020, CMS published the interim final rule with comment period, Policy and Regulatory Revisions in Response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. On Thursday, 4/30/2020, CMS released a second interim final rule with comment period with additional policy and regulatory revisions in response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE).
