Currently, Dianne serves as Partner at Healthsperien and leads the Center for Health Research, Policy, & Strategy, driving efforts to design and implement innovative health care strategies that address key challenges faced by health systems, policymakers, and payers. In her role, Dianne works closely with clients to shape policy initiatives, develop evidence-based solutions, and foster partnerships that advance health equity and improve health outcomes. Her leadership ensures that Healthsperien remains at the forefront of addressing the evolving needs of the health care sector.
Previously, Dianne served as Vice President of Health Care Strategy at NORC, where she leveraged the organization’s deep expertise in social sciences and research to support health care clients in achieving their policy strategy and business objectives. Dianne also led NORC Labs, the organization’s innovation hub, where she supported staff as they incubated ideas that enhanced NORC’s capabilities and offerings. Initiatives at NORC Labs were designed to align with the organization’s mission to produce quality research and insights, making NORC smarter, better, and faster at responding to emerging client needs. Through her leadership with health care clients and in her corporate strategy role, Dianne drove key business development strategies and oversaw impactful client engagements across both the public and private sectors.
With a diverse background working with government payers, providers, foundations, and life sciences companies, Dianne has tackled critical issues in Medicare and Medicaid policy, value-based care models, post-acute and long-term care, senior housing and healthy aging, maternal health, and social determinants of health. Recent projects include estimating the value of senior housing and care models for Medicare, analyzing maternal health disparities in Medicaid, and conducting research and developing national policy strategy to strengthen the oversight of prescription drug promotion on social media, to name a few.
Earlier in her career, Dianne was Director of Innovation at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where she developed and scaled programs aimed at improving health outcomes for members with diabetes and behavioral health issues. She also served as Director of Data Analytics at Avalere Health, providing health care strategy and policy analysis to a variety of health care stakeholders.
