At JPS, Inc., Andrew focused on high-profile health care policy initiatives, including the Obama and Clinton presidential campaigns, the Bipartisan Policy Center’s health reform efforts with former Majority Leaders Baker, Daschle, Dole, and Mitchell, and the Clinton Global Initiative.
