Biography

Wendy, our Director of Operations, brings over 20 years of diverse experience supporting high-level executives across the non-profit, financial, and real estate sectors. She oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and is instrumental in advancing our mission by providing critical budget development, accounting, and executive operational support to our nonprofit partners.

Before joining Healthsperien, Wendy served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Nathan Adelson Hospice, Southern Nevada’s oldest and largest nonprofit hospice. In this role, she acted as a key liaison to the board of trustees, senior leadership, and operations teams, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic execution of organizational goals.

Wendy’s financial expertise stems from her tenure at Ameriprise Financial Services, where she supported a certified financial planner by managing clients’ insurance policies, retirement accounts, brokerage portfolios, and education plans. She also honed her real estate acumen at NAI Horizon Commercial Real Estate, serving as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Land Broker. There, she played a vital role in the successful completion of multimillion-dollar land transactions across Nevada and Arizona.

Originally from Hawaii, Wendy earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Landscape Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2003. Her extensive background, strategic mindset, and dedication to operational excellence make her an invaluable asset to Healthsperien and its partners.
