As a health rights advocate, researcher and clinical care program manager with over seven years of outstanding academic achievement and professional experience in city-level and global settings, Sibel is dedicated to improving the quality of life through evidence-based research and the law in her new role within Healthsperien. Sibel was the Research and Implementation Associate at C-TAC Innovations, developing and implementing innovative care models, evaluation strategies and research. She managed multiple projects through project development, launch, executive performance, control and close. Some of her work with the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care and C-TAC Innovations teams and senior leadership included the ACT IndexSM, the Serious Illness Program Design & Implementation Framework, and the Advanced Care Model Service Deliver and Advanced Alternative Payment Model submission to the Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee (PTAC). She has served as a Legal Advocate at a community medical-legal partnership, Co-Editor of Perelman School of Medicine’s narrative medicine journal, and a Teaching Assistant at the School of Social Policy and Practice for three years on interdisciplinary community-based medicine. As a Graduate Research Associate at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, she examined legal statutes and derived potential trends and state variations in marketplace plans and wrote memos in a high volume, complex environment to guide health care policymakers at the state and federal level. Sibel is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice.
