Adam Zavadil has over a decade of experience helping clients at the intersection of health care delivery and financing. Specific areas of Adam’s expertise include the evolution of the health care financing, Medicare Advantage payment, federal health care policy, CMS star ratings, public and private exchanges, service performance, and insurance product and benefit design.
Prior to joining Healthsperien, Adam worked as the Director of Market Strategy and Analysis for the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP). In that role Adam partnered with the nation’s most advanced integrated health plans, helping to support their business success and advance their policy agenda in Washington. Specifically, Adam led ACHP’s analytic agenda including benchmarking tools, policy analysis and member-specific consulting projects. He also had responsibility for ACHP’s activities on marketplace performance, helping its member organizations share best operational practices and identify future business opportunities. Adam has also held positions at EpsteinBeckerGreen PC and the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit.
Adam received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Notre Dame in biochemistry and a MPH in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Adam received his Juris Doctorate with honors from The George Washington University Law School.
